Traditional Greek creamy cheese with a rich, pleasant, slightly salty and sourish flavour. It is produced from fresh pasteurized cow milk
with the sole additive of yoghurt culture.
It is available for purchasing in bulk in plastic containers of 5 and 10 kilos from dairy markets' refrigerators and in a package of 1 Kgr (Family) on shelves.
As it is exceptional table cheese, it accompanies each meal, particularly roast meat.
